A complex of public buildings planned under the theme of mix-use buildings in Tel Aviv. Revealing not implemented sites which designated to a public building purpose and haven’t construct. The project is located on the border between two historical and valuable neighbourhoods of the city: Neve Tzedek and Ahuzat Bayit.
Neve Tzedek is the first Jewish neighborhood to be built outside the old city of Jaffa consisting a unique urban fabric. Ahuzat Bayit is known for it’s eclectic and international style architecture and has an important part into the development of Tel Aviv. Taking in consideration the context, the value and the proximity of the two neighbourhoods. The complex of the three buildings attempts to deal with the problem of the indistinct border between the neighbourhoods, which leads to an urban segregation, by having a group of building that refers to the specific urban fabric.
